"Most investors, both institutional and individual, will find that the best way to own common stocks is through an index fund that charges minimal fees.  Those following this path are sure to beat the net results (after fees and expenses) delivered by the great majority of investment professionals."

Investment Philosophy

Our philosophy is to help clients create and maintain a globally diversified portfolio at the lowest cost possible.  We always put our clients' interests first.  Our goal is to keep things simple, transparent, and unbiased.  We start with their goals, then we apply a passive investment strategy, grounded in academic research to reach them.

Conventional wisdom suggests that clever investors can dig deep in the financial reports and find stocks that are mispriced and they can figure out how to time the market by looking at charts and trends.  This approach doesn't work.

We don't time the markets, we don't pick individual stocks and we don't chase the hot funds.  We believe in delivering advice based in reality and fact.  We teach our clients to ignore the financial noise that surrounds the stock market.  We help design and execute a portfolio that will fit their risk tolerance.  Then we guide them through the inevitable ups and downs so they maintain the discipline to stick with their plan and realize their goals.

Some consider our approach boring, we're OK with that.
